emobevs: 2008

Last January 27, 2008, Chicosci (one of my favorite rock bands) went on Sm Sta. Rosa for their mall tour. Me, together with my brother, sister and with some of our friends went there to watch their show. As expected, a lot of 'emo' kids also came to see them perform live. Unluckily, not all of them got the chance to enter inside the event center because the show isn't free at all. You have to buy their album first for you and three of your companions to enter inside. Or, you have to bring a cd of Chicosci album to get through. We dont have any chicosci cd at tha time so we are forced to buy their cd instead. Anyway, I think its all worth it, coz we managed to get inside and we even got close on the stage. There are only a few kids inside compare to the number of fans who are outside the event center.

When the show started, all of us freaked out ! Me and my sister were screaming and singing very loud all the time. Its just very frustrating and disappointing to see that only a few of us were singing and jumping in the crowd. All the other kids were just busy taking pictures and videos of the band. Even so, we still loved and enjoyed the whole show. I even threw my bracelet on the stage out of excitement. Miggy Chavez (band's vocalists) saw and picked it up and said it was 'cute' and then wore it ! I was really happy and I screamed more louder ! My sister was also very happy at that time coz she caught the mineral water that Miggy threw on the audience.
After their performance, they had their autograph signing for their fans. I also got the chance to have their autograph signed on their album cd and even took pictures together with all of the band members ! It was really great and very exciting experience !

Chicosci are scheduled to be back at SM City Sta. Rosa @ Feb. 29, 2008 at 8:00 pm. We're all going to be there to see them again, yehey !!!
